Hi! I’m Alexa, a textile and surface designer with a foundation in painting and illustration and a degree in fashion design from VCU’s School of the Arts. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve designed original prints and products within the fashion industry, working with brands such as Ann Taylor, Juicy Couture, Macy’s, Joe Fresh, and other established retailers.

Today, I run an independent design studio, partnering with fashion, home, and lifestyle brands to develop cohesive print collections that feel elevated, intentional, and ready for production. I bring a deep understanding of both the creative and technical sides of design — from concept development and color direction to seamless repeats and manufacturer-ready files.

I work remotely with brands around the world, offering a high-touch, collaborative process rooted in clear communication, thoughtful design, and respect for real-world timelines and production needs. My work is influenced by travel, nature, and a belief that beautiful design should also function seamlessly within a commercial context.
